Psycho-Educational Groups
Weekly interactive, topic-based groups for adolescent girls ages 12–18, designed to promote self-esteem, sharing, and connection—facilitated by Master-level professionals.
Learn moreA network of positive, self-confident women. For over a decade, Sistahs' Ca Nect has walked alongside adolescent girls ages 12–18—circles of love, sisterhood, and unshakeable belief in what they can become.

Sistahs' Ca Nect Inc. was established after sensing a desperate need for sisterhood among young adolescent women. Statistics show that healthy female relationships promote a sense of belonging and cohesiveness among young women and their peers.
Our program provides girls with planned exercises, group discussions and lectures to create a framework to explore their values, self-acceptance, healthy choices, and career plans for the future.

We create opportunities for teen girls to make a difference. Our girls establish and execute community projects that deepen empathy and strengthen commitment.
Learn moreFrom classroom circles to community celebrations—every image tells a story of girls becoming the women they were meant to be.

"I would do more than belong—I will participate. I will do more than care—I will help. I will do more than believe—I will practice. I will do more than dream—I will work. I will do more than teach—I will inspire. I will do more than give—I will serve. I will do more than live—I will grow."~ William Arthur Ward
"Sista Chat Book Club" invited Sistahs' Ca Nect young ladies to participate in the reading of The Diamond DIVAS. The girls enjoyed spending time with these women.

"Before I joined the sister club where Ms. Hawkins was the sponsor, I was shy and no one could figure out my personality. As I engaged in conversations with Ms. Hawkins I learned several life lessons that made me a better person as well as a woman; and these lessons I cherish and apply within my daily life. My personality is still a work in progress, but all in all Ms. Hawkins is my motivator. It does not matter which club or organization she is involved in—it's the change in the future women that makes her great. Love you, Ms. Hawkins."
